Watkins Cellar Door operates as a wine-focused cellar door in the Adelaide Hills, offering relaxed visits for a glass of wine, guided wine tastings, curated grazing platters and takeaway wine bottles.
As a family-owned winery with more than 70 years of history, our cellar door experience is designed to showcase our wines, stories and sense of place in a welcoming and intimate, yet casual setting.

About food at our cellar door
Watkins Cellar Door does not operate as a restaurant and does not offer pizza or regular hot food service as part of our standard trading.
Outside of grazing platters, food is not a feature of our day-to-day cellar door offering.
Seasonal social events
On limited dates throughout the year, we also host special social events that complement our cellar door experience.
During summer, we host Friday Night Social — a once-monthly evening event featuring a visiting food truck, live music and lawn games.
During winter, we host Sunday Social, held once a month from 11am–5pm, with a similar relaxed format including a visiting food truck, live music and family-friendly lawn games.
Food trucks and live music are event-only and do not operate during normal cellar door trading. Each event is advertised individually via our website and social channels.
