Free delivery for all wine club members!

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time of your purchase and then at either the 6 month or 12 month anniversary of the purchase, depending on whether you chose delivery once or twice a year.

You are more than welcome to skip any drop but please email us via wineclub@watkins.wine or call us on 0458 832 998 to let us know.

Can I skip an order?

Absolutely!

We will send you an email to confirm your selections before your order is dispatched at which time you can skip.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Absolutey! We fully understand that circumstances beyond our control can change quickly.

What happens if my card fails?

If your card fails, you won't be charged and we won't dispatch your order.

You will need to go into your account via the top menu of this page and update your details.

Can I update my own details? If so, how do I do it?

Sign into your account via the 'Account' button in the top menu.

Once you are in your account you can use the following pages:

Subscriptions - view your current club details.

Shipments - update your delivery address.

Payment methods - update your card details.

Membership - update your club details (how many wines you want either 6 or 12 and how frequently you want wine delivered either once or twice a year).
