Watkins 2018 Adelaide Hills Shiraz - 94 Points
"A most impressive Shiraz from Clarendon in the Adelaide Hills. Combines power and concentration with a degree of refined elegance. Aromas of initial bright red fruit and a sprinkle of pepper. The palate is deep and richly textured with dark spicy plummy fruit flavours supported by firm tannins. It was matured for 24 months in aged American oak hogsheads. As it breathes, notes of dark prune and licorice emerge. Will handle cellaring."

Watkins 2021 Shiraz - 91 Points
"Shiraz from Langhorne Creek – expect a delicious, full flavoured red. Dark maroon colour, the nose is bold and rich with flavours of cloves, leather, cassis, chocolate, delicatessen meats and blackberries. A little spice and a flick of oak. The wine is well balanced, with soft tannins, good length, and a lingering finish. Terrific value here, this wine has some real exuberance and will drink very well for the next half dozen years and more. Delicious."

Watkins 2022 Blanc de Blancs - 90 Points
"Yellow grapefruit, green toffee apples and lime cordial. Bosch pear and self raising flour. Zesty acidity with a snap to the dryness of the palate. There is a shortbread biscuit crumble with lemon pith and cashew creaminess. This is made for the dining table or to be passed around during cocktail hour, a blanc de blancs that would compliment cheesy arancini balls or scallop crudo. Extra points for minimising the hangover by keeping the sugar low and citrus fruit high and mighty."

Watkins 2022 Sparkling Rose - 90 Points
"Steeped rosehip, cranberry and rhubarb stem. Wild strawberry and persimmon. A hint of cured meats and good intensity of flavour across the palate. There are raspberry roll ups, cherry ice cream floats, vanilla and hints of cola. A richness imbued by a portion of fleshy Chardonnay. The wine has edges of tannin and finishes dry without any cloying confected fruit sweetness. Drink now with stracciatella and pork lardo draped across Turkish bread."
